Things are hotting up in the FLAT OUT kitchen as we try out recipes for our new venture. We’re already beginning to identify a few favourites – it will be interesting to see how they do with our yet-to-be-found customers!
The latest taste test involved haggis, roasted turnip and a creamy whisky sauce – what’s not to love! Rabbie Burns, eat your heart out (or at last the sheep’s heart!) – these balls are to die for. Hope the tourists will love them – just don’t tell them what haggis is made off!
